Return & Exchange 退换流程


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

Goods Sold are neither refundable nor exchangable, except for wrong delivery or damaged products.

 

STEP 1. – Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return Your Order

Notifying us if you wish to return the products within three (3) days after delivery can be done via email to [email protected], or reach out to us at +6017-235 1628 via call, whatsApp or wechat (from 9am - 6pm UTC+8, Mon-Fri) with your order details.
 

Damaged Products
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the product(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the product(s) inside and contact us immediately. Any damaged products are notified to us more than two (2) days after delivery will not be eligible for refund.

 

STEP 2. – Returning the Product 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging that you received it. The item has to be returned within five (5) days after your notification in Step 1.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Shipping

To return your product, please courier back your product to: 22A Jln Setia Impian U13/5Q, Setia Alam, Seksyen U13, 40170, Shah Alam, Selangor Malaysia
You need to pay first your own shipping costs for returning your item. We shall refund the shipping costs (capped at MYR10 within Malaysia, and USD10 for outside Malaysia) in the form of credits to your member account for next purchase.  

 

STEP 3. – Processing The Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within fifteen (15) days, and a credit will automatically be refunded to your member account for next purchase.

♦ 第一步 – 申请退货需通知我们

如果您希望在交货后三(3)天内退回相关产品,请发送电子邮件至[email protected],或致电/whatApps/微信于 +6017-235 1628(上午9点至下午6点 马来西亚时间,周一至周五)并提供您的订单资料


损坏的产品
当您收到货时,请检查纸箱是否在运输过程中发生任何损坏。运输纸箱出现磨损是正常的,但是,如果货物中的产品发生损坏,请保留好包装箱,包装材料和产品并立即与我们联系。任何损坏的产品在收到货的两(2)天后才通知我们将无法获得退款

 

♦ 第二步 – 退货流程

退换货的产品必须未使用过和保留包装的完整 (产品包装无变形、塑封完好、防伪码完好)该产品必须在您通知退货后的五(5)天内退回给我们。

要办理退货,我们也需要您的收据或购买凭证


快递的商品

您需要先支付退回商品的快递费。我们将以会员账户的现金积分形式退还快递费让您可以使用在下次的网购(封顶于MYR10给予马来西亚以内的快递服务,或10美元给予马来西亚以外的快递服务)。

 

♦ 第三步 – 办理退货

收到并检查您的货品后,我们会通知您的审批结果

如果您获得批准,我们将会在十五(15)天内以会员账户的现金积分形式退款,让您可以使用在下次的网购
